Refund Policy

The short version: try Nudge free for 7 days first. If you buy and it's not working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

Purchases from our website

Nudge Pro purchases made on nudge.bigdecibel.com are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no interrogation — though we'd love to hear what didn't work. Email support@bigdecibel.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your order-confirmation email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Yearly subscriptions

You can cancel a yearly Nudge Pro subscription at any time from the link in your order email; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. The 14-day refund window above also applies to the first payment of a new subscription and to each renewal.

Purchases from the Mac App Store

In-app purchases made in the Mac App Store are processed by Apple, and only Apple can refund them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
